Tyson and Rebecca are settled in their new life as Philadelphians. They have seen the liberty bell, they are used to riding the subway, the trolleys, and buses, and they are used to the traffic signs 'Beware of Aggressive Drivers' 'Watch children' 'Is your seat buckled?' 'Are your blinkers on' 'Slow Business Area'.
